This is what Supervisor Hibbard called in his editorial "telling a group of individuals at a meeting to sit down and be quiet". Is this the leadership Lake Township deserves?
 
Supervisor Hibbard explained in his editorial that he cannot spend township funds on attorney fees without board approval . He failed to explain that the board has no choice but to approve the bills he has incurred for the month calling the attorney.  He does not ask board approval to call the attorney almost daily, he just asks for the board to approve the bill.
Is this the leadership Lake Township deserves?
